Introducing Sadie. Here is my bestest friend. She is the best friend an Otterhound could ask for. She is fun!! She runs, jumps and rolls around with me. She bites my nose and legs and steals my toys. I don't mind, she is special and mom and dad rescued her from a sad life. Welcome Sadie!!!
This is called, in a girls world, a bad hair day. In a boys world it is called stylish. I think I am stylish and handsome and the girls would swoon if they saw me at say, Petsmart. On a leather couch too!!! I would even go as far as a bit sexy. Who wouldn't love this scruffy, buff and tough dog? Tell me who?
Sadie and me are playing in the back yard. We love doing that in the summer. Mom is upset at us because all that work they put into a beautiful yard has, you can see, gone to the wind. Me and Sadie have torn the place up.
Mom has this cool thing called a Jeep. In the summer she takes the hard top off and it hangs in the garage along with the doors. But that is not the best part; the best part is we get to jump in and out of mom's car and snoop around. Here Sadie is hanging out in the Jeep. Ahhh, Cute!!!
This is Tara, a.k.a. Rat Fur. At least that is what dad calls her. She is one of two kitties who live in our house, but refuse to hang out with Sadie and I. I think she, Tara, believes she is better than Sadie and I and does not want to associate with us. Little does she know, I am the king of the world and Sadie is a goddess. Duh Kitty!!!
This one is Geoffie, or Fat Fur as mom calls him. He is spunky and when he see's Sadie or me, he hits us in the nose with his paw. It doesn't hurt, but clearly he thinks he is tough. You can see both kitties like to hang out in the Jeep too. Oh, I forgot to tell you about the funny meow he as. It sounds like a little roar.
You see the way Sadie is looking at me when I decide to put my lungs to work? I am baying and telling the world how happy I am to have my first Christmas with my family, and she gives me looks like that? Crazy girl!!!
Winter in Utah, gotta love it. You see Sadie and I have a heap load of fun and get covered in snow. Mom laughs because when I come in the house, my paws are filled with what she calls little snowballs. I don't like them much and lay down and try to lick them out. They are COLD.
Is this a sad face, or what? I had been out in the rain and them went up to mom's mouse room. I guess she calls it a mouse room because there are hundreds of these things called Mickey Mouse all over. Boy does she yell at us if we try to take one. I don't get why she is so protective of of those stuffed mice. Women, sheesh!
Here my girl Sadie is just learning about her new home. She had just come to live with us when this picture was taken. She was so skinny when she came, but is now filled out and just beautiful. I hear mom and dad tell her all the time that she is the most beautiful Shepard in the whole wide world.
I see this picture and just smile. I see the happy puppy here and he is smiling at the camera. I am in my new home celebrating my one month anniversary with my parents and clearly, you can see, I am the happiest dog in the US of A.
This pic is in the hotel on the way home from Seattle. I guess we were staying here in Boise, Idaho to give dad a rest before driving the rest of the way home. I have my head resting on my walrus that my breeder parents sent in my kennel with me. Can you believe I still have that little toy?
This picture was taken outside of a Wendy's in Washington State. We were on our drive home and stopped for some grub for mom and dad and me. This picture reminds of one of those funny card pictures of the dog with a big nose.
